the short answers, up front.
What should the first message include?
What you're building, when you need it standing, and a rough budget if you have one. Two sentences is plenty — we'll ask the rest on a call.
How fast do you reply?
Within 48 hours, worst case. Usually the same day. If it's urgent, say so in the subject line and we'll move it up the queue.
Can you rescue a site someone else built?
Yes — rescues are half the job. We inspect the structure, tell you what's load-bearing and what's rot, and quote the fix before touching anything.
